A Hug From Nature

I went so many days without knowing the awesome power of natural products. I always used to laugh at people who bought natural products. Then one day my friend Toni showed me the light and showered me with delight. She gave me a gift yesterday that was quite the surprise; a new bottle of natural skin cream. After I applied it, the feeling of nature grasped me like a hug. I love hugs from nature!

Makeup With Legs

How much makeup, would a girlfriend steal, if a girlfriend could steal makeup? You tell me!!!! I swear my roomie is stealing all of my makeup. It doesn't just get up and walk away. No... no it doesn't. I'm not losing it... some of the makeup I haven't touched in years and has always been in my makeup bag is GONE. I should leave a camera up and catch that jerk.

Cosmetic Stress

This morning one of my girl friends called me EARLY because they were having a makeup crisis. They had a job interview at this HUGE fashion firm and was in a big panic. So, like a good friend I helped her make some good decisions... I hope she gets the job. Who knows? I'll find out tomorrow. I told her that next time, call me the night before so I can plan to wake up... the phone is a rude awakening.

Mascara Is Grand

I have a piece of advice for some girls and the proper applications of mascara they should use. When a girl has skin that is fair, try to use mascara that is light brown. This will blend nicely against your fair skin. If you are a girl who has darker skin, try using dark brown mascara. I know it seems obvious, but some people don't get it. Try to stay away from black mascara... it seems to be way too much right now.

Makeup is amazing.

As amazing as chocolate cake is, I don't think I could give up my makeup. Last week I went on vacation and forgot completely about the "no-liquid" policy... little did I know that tons of makeup that was well, liquid. I almost cried when I had to throw away my eye liner. They made me throw away EVERYTHING. They claimed they would mail it to my house and that I didn't have to throw it out, but then it would cost me about $7.50 an item... outrage. Anyone upset with this like I am.

Down With Cosmetics... Just Kidding

Get down with cosmetics! I used to work for Mary Kay and it was a great time. It was more like going out and having a slumber party like the old days. All the girls would gather around and discuss the latest trends in fashion and cosmetics. I miss slumber parties. I think that we all grow up too fast. Anyone with me?
